Package delays are the most-complained-about issue in the AllChinaBuy community. Most have a specific, fixable cause.

1. Seller hasn't shipped domestically yet

Chinese sellers can take 3–7 business days to dispatch. Fix: If "Purchasing" is stuck for 5+ business days, contact AllChinaBuy support.

2. Chinese public holidays

Chinese New Year (Jan–Feb), Golden Week (Oct 1–7) and Labour Day (May 1–5) can pause orders for 7–14 days.

Warning: Avoid ordering before Chinese New Year — orders typically don't move until mid-February.

3. QC photos waiting for your approval

Your item may have arrived but won't ship until you approve QC. Fix: Check Warehouse → QC Pending.

4. International carrier delay

Economy lines take 25–45 days. Check tracking on 17track.net.

5. Customs hold
